介绍了水射器的基本工作原理。根据井下实际情况,设计加工出一种适合煤矿井下使用的水射器,主要由射流喷嘴、负压混合腔、出液渐变管3部分组成。通过实验室实验和现场应用,分析了水射器进口压力、出口压力及出口流量与吸药口处吸力大小的关系。确定了给定进口压力下的最佳出口流量。
The basic working elements of efflux installation are introduced. Designed a special efflux installation which fitted the fact of mines, the efflux installation mainly contained efflux nozzle, composite chamber and gradual changed tube. Analyzed the relation between enter press, out press, out flux and the suction of pipette in the forms of experiment and application. Conformed the best flux of efflux installation in known press.
