摘要
针对低速重载冶金设备故障的特点,研制了低速重载设备在线监测与故障诊断系统。该系统采用小波理论、小波包分析、三维Wigner-Ville分布等时频分析方法对设备的振动信号进行分析,并且有效地诊断出设备故障发生的部位及程度。应用结果表明,系统对低速重载机械的故障诊断达到了精确、实用的效果。
In view of low speed heavy duty metallurgical equipment breakdown characteristic, a real time monitoring and fault diagnosis system for low-speed equipment were developed. The system uses wavelet theory, wavelet packet analysis, three-dimensional Wigner-Ville distribution of time-frequency analysis methods to analyze the equipment vibration signal. It can diagnose the spot and the degree effectively which the equipment failure occurs. The application results show that the system has achieved precisely, the practical effect to the low-speed heavy-duty machinery's failure diagnosis.
