摘要
近年来研究发现,肾上腺髓质素(ADM)及其受体在许多肿瘤细胞株和组织中广泛分布,起着促进有丝分裂、刺激血管生成、抑制凋亡及促进肿瘤细胞免疫“逃逸”等作用,从而影响肿瘤的发生发展。其特异性抑制剂或受体拮抗剂可抑制某些肿瘤细胞的生长和侵袭。因此,ADM可能作为人类肿瘤细胞的存活因子而具有辅致癌作用。
Recent studies indicate that abundant of ADM and its receptors are found in a variety of tumor lines and tissues,it may play a critical role in cancer cell division, tumor neovascularization, circumvention of programmed cell death, and may help cancer ceils to circumvent immune surveillance. And its special suppressor or receptor antagonist may be useful to suppress certain tumors cells proliferation and invasion, thus it may be an important tumor cell survival factor underlying human carcinogenesis.
