摘要
超声一直是胎儿畸形的主要影像检查方法,但超声有其局限性。MRI无离子辐射,软组织对比度好,视野大,可多平面成像,随着快速MRI技术的发展,逐渐成为超声的补充手段,能更好地描述胎儿神经系统异常。本文就MRI在胎儿神经系统畸形诊断的应用价值加以概述。
Ultrasound is the primary screening modality for fetal imaging. However, sonographic diagno- sis is sometimes limited, fast MR imaging is being increasingly used as a supplementary imaging modal- ity. It can provide excellent soft tissue contrast with multiple planes reconstruction and a large field of view, which allow for better depiction of anatomy in fetuses with nervous system abnormalities and without ionizing radiation. The purpose of the current study was to evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI on fetal nervous system abnormalities.
