Detection of serum IL- 17 in the patients with atopic dermatitis

摘要 目的:检测特应性皮炎(AD)患者血中白介素17(IL-17)水平。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测66例特应性皮炎患者和50名正常对照者血中IL-17含量。结果:患者组血中IL-17水平明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。重度组高于中度组(P<0.001),中度组与轻度组无统计学差异。结论:IL-17可能在AD患者的免疫发病机制中发挥作用。 Objective: To detect the serum interleukin 17 (IL- 17) level in the patients with atopic dermatitis. Methods: The level of IL- 17 in the sera of 66 patients with atopic dermatitis and 50 normal controls was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The serum IL- 17 level was higher in patients than in controls (P〈0.001). The patients with severe grade of the disease had higher serum IL- 17 level than the patients with moderate and mild severe grade of the disease (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in the serum IL - 17 level between moderate group and mild group of the disease. Conclusion: IL- 17 may play a role in the immunopathogenesis of atopic dermatitis.
