不同浓度云南白药水溶液对体外培养人牙周膜成纤维细胞增殖和ALP、OC表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察云南白药对体外培养人牙周膜成纤维细胞增殖和ALP、OC表达的影响。方法:取第4代体外培养人牙周膜成纤维细胞(HPDLFs),分别加入不同浓度梯度的云南白药,设空白对照组和阳性对照组,观察细胞增殖和ALP、OC的表达。结果:与对照组相比,70、100μg/mL的云南白药水溶液均可促进HPDLFs的增殖(P<0.05),70μg/mL浓度优于阳性对照组(P<0.05);与空白对照组相比,150μg/mL的云南白药水溶液可促进HPDLFs ALP活性表达(P<0.05),90、100、120、150μg/mL的云南白药水溶液均可促进HP-DLFs表达骨钙素(OC)含量(P<0.05)。结论:云南白药水溶液可以促进体外培养的HPDLFs增殖和分化。 AIM:To evaluate the effect of Yunnan BaiYao on proliferation and expression of ALP,OC of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts (HPDLFs) in vitro. METHODS: The fourth passage of HPDLFs were cultured in vitro with different concentrations of Yunnan BaiYao, contrasted with the blank and the positive control. The proliferation and expression of ALP, OC were observed. RESULTS: In eomparion with the control group, 70 μg/mL, 100 μg/mL of yunnan baiyao aqueous solution can promote the generation of HPDLFs( P 〈 0.05 ). The concentration of 70 μg/mL is better than the positive control( P 〈0.05 ). In contrasting with the control group, the 150 μg/mL level can accelerate the expression of ALP(P 〈0.05). 90 μg/mL, 100 μg/mL, 120 μg/mL, 150 μg/mL of yunnan baiyao aqueous solution can also enhance the expression of OC ( P 〈 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION : Yunnan BaiYao water solution enhance the proliferation and differentiation of HPDLFs.
