SandersⅡ型及Ⅲ型跟骨骨折临床疗效分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察切开复位钛合金钢板内固定治疗SandersⅡ型及Ⅲ型跟骨骨折临床疗效。方法将90例SandersⅡ型及Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组给以切开复位AO跟骨钢板螺钉固定,治疗组给以切开复位钛合金钢板内固定。两组均予留置引流条,术后常规清洁换药和使用抗生素。结果治疗后患足Maryland评分治疗组优良率97.78%,对照组优良率82.22%,两组相比结果有统计学意义(P<0.05);腓肠皮神经损伤症状发生率治疗组2.22%,对照组5.41%,两组相比结果有统计学意义(P<0.05);后距下关节炎发生率治疗组13.33%,对照组37.78%,两组相比结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切开复位钛合金钢板内固定治疗SandersⅡ、III型跟骨骨折能够有效地恢复跟骨正常形态、关节面平整及患足功能,有效减少关节炎等并发症的发生。
