摘要
绩效考核是对员工一段时间的工作、绩效等的考核,其结果可以为相关人事决策,个人制定发展计划,绩效管理体系的完善和提高等提供依据。该文设计一种基于绩效指标的绩效考核系统,以上下级考评方式为基础,并以ASP.NET为前台、SQL-SERVER为后台实现了该绩效考核的整个流程,结果表明该系统是一个实用,有效的绩效考核系统。
Performance appraisal is the work of employees, performance appraisal in a period of time, etc. the results can be related to personnel decisions, personal development planning, and provide a basis for improving and enhancing the performance management systems. In this paper we designed a performance-based indicators of performance appraisal system, it based on superior-subordinate appraisal methods and in ASP.NET as the front, SQL-SERVER for the background to achieve the performance evaluation of the entire process, the results show that the system is a practical, effective performance appraisal system.
