摘要
目的采用反相高效液相色谱法测定上感清口服液中黄芩苷的含量。方法以甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2)为流动相,Lichrospher R100(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为固定相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷在0.24~1.20μg范围内有良好的线性关系,回收率为98.24%,RSD为1.20%(n=6)。结论方法简单、灵敏度高,可用于上感清口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective To develop RP-HPLC method for the assay of Baicalin in Shangganqing Oral Liquid.Methods The mobile phase consist of methanol-water-Phosphate(47:53:0.2).Separation was performed on a Lichrospher R 100(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The UV detection was set at 280 nm.Results Baicalin had a good linear in the range of 0.24-1.20 μg.The average recovery of Chlorogenic acid was 98.24%with RSD 1.20%(n=6).Conclusion The method was simple,sensitive and rapid and it can be applied to Baicalin content determination of Shangganqing Oral Liquid.
