摘要
[目的]挖掘稻种资源的特异性和功能性基因,拓宽我国水稻品种的遗传基础。[方法]引进日本优质水稻品种125份,在四川雅安生态条件下种植,根据《中国优特稻种资源评价》指标综合评价其农艺与品质特异性。[结果]筛选出矮秆型资源、多穗型、高糙米率、低垩白率、有色米、香米资源、新性状功能型资源等13个类型,共计386份特异农艺性状和特质品质性状稻种资源,并综合各项指标筛选出J210、W110、W115、加高成等11个农艺和品质性状较优的品种。[结论]筛选出的优质品种资源可供育种亲本选用,也可作大面积优质稻谷区域推广试验。
[ Objective ] The aim of this study was to lay a foundation for identifying the specific and function gene of rice resources in China and widen genetic basis of rice varieties. [ Method ] The agronomics and quality properties of 125 rice types which were introduced from Japan and planted in Ya' an County, Sichuan Province were evaluated according to Evaluation on Excellent and Specific Rice Resources of China. [ Result ] The study showed that 13 rice types, amount to 386 specimens, such as types with short stem, higher brown rice rate, lower chalky rice rate, color rice, fragrance rice and function rice etc. were remarked and chosen, llvarieties such as J210, Wll0, WII5, Jiagaocheng etc. were chosen as the rice species with special quality and agronomy properties. [ Conclusion] These chosen rice resources could be used for flee breeding and popularization test in a large scale.
