摘要
利用WDW-E100D型万能试验机和S-4800场发射扫描电镜,研究了不同工艺制备的多孔SiC陶瓷/Zr基非晶合金复合材料的准静态压缩性能和断口形貌特征.结果表明:制备工艺决定多孔SiC陶瓷/Zr基非晶合金复合材料的准静态压缩强度,当工艺参数非晶合金浇注温度为860℃,浇注后保温6 min时最佳.多孔SiC陶瓷/Zr基非晶合金复合材料的准静态压缩断裂为脆性断裂.断口形貌特征主要包括多孔SiC陶瓷产生解理台阶,Zr基非晶合金产生尖脊状、细脉状等不同形态的脉状花样.
The quasi-static compressive properties and the fracture morphology of 4 kinds of porous SiC ceramics/Zr-base amorphous alloy composites were investigated with the WDW-E100D testing machine and the S-4800 scanning electronic microscope(SEM).The results suggested that the preparation decided the quasi-static mechanic properties of porous SiC ceramics/Zr-base amorphous alloy composite.The best parameter showed that the Zr-base amorphous alloy was cast at 860 ℃ and kept 6 minutes after cast.The fracture mode of the composite showed brittle fracture under the quasi-static compress load.The fracture morphology characteristics included the cleavage steps appear in ceramic and the Zr-base amorphous alloy with thin vein pattern and ridge vein pattern.
