摘要
目的∶通过观察大鼠在急性脑缺血再灌期间EEG主频率功率、功率谱及频率分配的变化,探讨脑缺血再灌流损伤过程中脑电变化的规律。方法∶采用改良四动脉结扎法制作大鼠脑缺血再灌流模型,缺血40min后再灌60min。结果∶缺血可致EEG总功率、主频率功率减小,δ和θ频段所占总功率比率减小而α和β频段比率增加。结论∶提示EEG各频段电活动的改变可作为脑缺血性疾病诊断中的重要参考指标之一。
Objective∶To search the law of EEG changes during cerebral ischemia and repurfusion injury in rats Methods∶ Four-vessel occlusion methods were used Alternations of EEG document frequency, power spectrum and frequency distribution were observed during ischemia-reperfusion Results:Total EEG power and δ document frequency decreased δ and θ frequency component decreased while the ratio of δ and θ in total EEG power increased Conclusion: The alternations of EEG can be used as significant references to diagnose cerebral ischemia disease
