摘要
目的通过分析重症监护病房(ICU)专业护士临床核心能力训练的实践过程及结果,探讨适合我国ICU专业护士临床核心能力发展的方法。方法根据不同职级护士的核心能力要求,制订相应的知识及技术目标训练模块,采用“3+2”的训练方法。并定期评价、定级和再培训。结果各层级护士的大部分临床核心能力与培训前比较均有不同程度的提高,培训前后护士核心能力比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论核心能力训练既有利于护士个人职业生涯的发展,又为ICU的护理质量提供了知识与技术保障。
Objective To find an effective training method for improving clinical core competencies of the professional nurses in Intensive Care Units (ICU) in China. Methods According to the nurses in different class of position ,we set different training module targeted knowledge and technology. Five years training methods were used,and the nurses adopted periodic evaluation,classification and retraining. Results Most clinical core competencies of the nurses showed significant differences before and after the training (P〈0.05). Conclusions Training clinical core competence contributes to the nurses' professional career development,and it also helps to improve nursing quality in ICU.
