摘要
应用最新研制成功的中空涤纶长丝在剑杆小样织机上进行平纹布的试织,然后和相同织造工艺、组织结构、设计纤度的常规涤纶织物进行相同的拉伸、撕破、保暖试验。测试结果的分析证明,中空涤纶织物保暖性能明显优于常规涤纶织物,其拉伸断裂强力、撕破强力虽小于常规涤纶织物,但仍满足目前帐篷基布的强力要求,说明这种中空涤纶长丝用来织造帐篷基布是完全可行的。
Weaving the tabby cloth with the hollow shaped polyester filament of the latest design and the routine polyester filament respectively on the rapier loom, these two types of fabric use the same weaving technique, histological structure and technologic fineness. Then their tensile performance, tear performance and thermal property were tested and analysed. The results prove that the warmth retention property of the hollow shaped polyester fabric is much better than the routine polyester fabric, its tensile strength, tear strength is not as good as the routine polyester fabric, but it is still totally available to weave the tent base cloth because of its high strength.
