摘要
研究花生红衣中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。以黄酮得率为指标,采用正交试验法考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取温度等4个因素对提取效果的影响。花生红衣中总黄酮提取最佳工艺为:80%的乙醇,料液比为1:15,提取时间为30min,提取温度为40℃,提取得率为1.242mg/100g。此最佳工艺可用于花生红衣中总黄酮的提取。
In research peanut scarlet total flavanone optimum extraction technological conditions. Take the flavanone rate as the target, uses the orthogonal cut-and-try method inspection ethyl alcohol density, the material fluid to compare, the extraction time, the extraction temperature and so on 4 factors to withdraw the effect the influence. The peanut scarlet seed shell total flavanone's most superior extraction process is: 80 % ethyl alcohol, expeet the fluid ratio are 1:15, the extraction time is 30 min, the extraction temperature for 40 ℃ withdraws rate is 1.242 mg/100 g. This best craft may use in the peanut scarlet the total flavanone extraction.
