摘要
交流变频电驱动单轴齿轮传动绞车由于没有配备专用的捞砂滚筒,无法完成捞砂、部分测试和试油工作,为此,研制了一种单橇交流变频电驱动捞砂绞车。该绞车采用交流变频控制,实现无级调速;主刹车采用电动机能耗制动,辅助刹车采用带棘爪机构的带式刹车;机械传动采用摆线减速器与链传动相结合的传动方式;捞砂计量装置采用单片机微控器作为中央处理单元的数字控制模式。现场的反馈信息说明,该绞车完全满足使用要求,具有极高的机动性和灵活性,1台绞车可以为多台钻机提供服务,使用效果良好。
The electric uniaxial gearing winch cannot satisfy the requirement of bailing conditions.To satisfy the practical requirement of bailing operation of the drilling equipment,a kind of single-crowbar alternating current variable frequency electric bailing winch was developed.The winch is controlled by alternating current variable frequency and it achieves stepless speed regulation.The main brake adopts energy-consumed braking;the auxiliary brake adopts the new-type band brake;the mechanical drive adopts a driving method which combines cycloidal reducer and chain drive;the bailing metering unit adopts the digital control mode which uses the single-chip microcontroller as the central processing unit.The field feedback information shows that the winch can completely satisfy the requirement for application with a high mobility.One winch of such kind can provide service for quite a few drilling rigs simultaneously.The application effect is desirable.
