Albright综合征致视神经萎缩1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女，13岁．左眼视力下降1周于2007年11月15日住院。患儿出生不久即有皮肤瘙痒，反复起斑疹，2002年曾因骨折行CT检查发现身体多处骨密度不均，12岁月经初潮。查体：头颅及面部无畸形，形体肥胖，体重80kg，乳房增大，双膝以下骨轻度外翻（图1），行动笨拙，手背（图2）、胸背臀下肢（图3）均见色素沉着斑，下肢较密，面积逐渐扩大。眼科检查：视力：右0．6，左0．06，矫正视力：右：-1．75DS→1．0，左：-1．50DS→0．16。左眼屈光间质清晰，瞳孔直径4mm，直接对光反应迟钝，眼底视盘色淡，边界清，视网膜血管走行正常，黄斑区中心凹反光可见。右眼前节及眼底均未见异常。
