神经生长因子在小鼠体内的分布与排泄实验研究

摘要 采用氯胺-T法对神经生长因子(Nervegrowthfactor,NGF)进行碘标记,研究了NGF在小鼠体内的分布与排泄规律。结果表明:NGF在小鼠体内组织器官的分布速率以颈上神经节、甲状腺、胆囊、肾脏、肾上腺等组织较快,各器官的达峰时间为20—30min;肌注125I-NGF72h内,小鼠粪尿中放射性排泄总量达72.55%,其中尿内累积量约占排泄总量的65.64%,而粪便中只占不足7%。 Nerve growth factor(NGF) was iodolabelled with chloramine-T method and its distribution and excretion in mice were investigated. The results showed that the highest levels were found in superior cervical ganglia, thyroid, bile, kidneys and adrenals between 20-30 min after injection, and the peak time in most tissues was also found at 20-30 min. About 72.55% of the injected dose was excreted in stool and urine, among them 65.6% was excreted in urine and only 7.0% in stool within 72h after intramuscular injection.
