Synthesis of methylaluminoxane by crystal water method

摘要 采用将结晶硫酸铝固体粉末缓慢加入到三甲基铝(TMA)甲苯溶液中的间接水合成工艺,在反应温度为40℃,反应时间为30 h,加料速度为5 g/min,硫酸铝结晶水为12,TMA摩尔浓度为3.0 mol/L的条件下,可制备甲基铝氧烷(MAO)。以MAO为助催化剂,双正丁基环戊二烯基二氯化锆为主催化剂,在聚合温度为40℃,反应时间为1 h的条件下进行了乙烯聚合。结果表明,反应安全稳定,MAO收率为50.62%,催化活性为3.12×105g/(mol.h),聚乙烯的物理机械性能良好。 Methylaluminoxane (MAO) was prepared by adding solid powder of crystal aluminum sulphate to trimethylaluminum (TMA) toluene solution under the conditions of reaction temperature 40 ℃,reaction time 30 h, rate of material inputting 5 g/rain,and TMA concentration 3.0 mol/L. Ethylene polymerization was conducted with [ (n - BuCp)2ZrCl2] as metallcoene catalyst and MAO as co- catalyst at 40 ℃ for 1 h. The results showed that the process of synthesis of MAO was safe and stable, the MAO yield was 50.62% , the catalytic activity was 3.12 × 10^5g/( mol. h), and the obtained polyethylene had better mechanical properties.
