摘要
高血压病患者常伴随糖尿病等疾病,在选择降压药时要充分考虑药物对血糖及其代谢的影响,因此了解各类降压药对血糖的影响,防止由降压药引起的高血糖具有重要临床意义。
Elderly hypertension usually happens with diabetes and hyperlipoidemia. When choosing antihypertensive agents,its effects on glucose and fat metabolism should be considered. So it is very significant to understand the effects of all kinds of antihypertensive agents on blood glucose and fat to prevent high blood glucose from happening.
