产朊假丝酵母油脂高产菌株的诱变选育

摘要 对产朊假丝酵母进行紫外诱变获得高产油脂突变菌株。紫外诱变后筛选出产油量最多菌种。通过正交试验得到产朊假丝酵母产油脂的最优条件:培养温度25℃,培养时间4d,接菌量10%,转速100r/min,在此条件下培养,紫外诱变10s后的产朊假丝酵母产油脂量可达到18%。 Mutant Candida utilis strain with high yield of lipid was obtained by UV mutation. The optimum conditions for lipid production for mutant strain by orthogonal experiment were inoculation of 10%, culture at 25℃ with rotation at 100 r/min for 4 d. The maximum yield of lipid reached to 18% occurred at the strain treated with UV mutation for 10 s with optimum culture conditions.
