摘要
在乳化剂OP存在下,用分光光度法研究了对氨基苯基荧光酮与铁(III)在碱性介质中的显色反应性能。铁(III)-对氨基苯基荧光酮-OP体系三元胶束络合物的最大吸收波长在608 nm处,在10 mL溶液中铁质量在1μg~14μg服从比尔定律,测定的表观摩尔吸光系数ε608为5.328×104 L/mol.cm,所拟分析方法用于发酵制品中微量铁的测定,结果满意。
The chromogenic reaction of iron (Ⅲ) and p-aminophenylfluorone in the presence of OP was studied by the spectrophotometric method. The results showed that the maximum absorption wavelength of stable chelate produced by iron (Ⅲ) and p-aminophenylfluorone was 608 nm. Beer's law is obeyed at the iron (Ⅲ) concentration range of 1 μg -14μg/10 ml. The apparent molar absorptivity of ε608 was 5.328×10^4 L/mol,cm. The proposed method could be applied in the determination of iron in fermented seasonings.
