摘要
目的:采用微波提取,高效液相色谱-紫外检测法测定土壤中阿特拉津。方法:分别考察了萃取溶剂种类、用量、温度、时间等因素对萃取率的影响。结果:考察了洗脱条件、柱流速及柱温对阿特拉津分离的影响;方法最低检测限为1.00 ng/kg,相对标准偏差小于1.00%,回收率为71.3%-91.9%。结论:结果表明该方法能够满足土壤样品中阿特拉津的检测要求。
Objective:To develop an analytical method for the determination of atrazine in soil by using microwave assisted extraction(MAE) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods:To improve the extraction efficiency,experimental parameters of the extraction,including extraction solvent and its amount,extraction temperature and time were investigated.Results:The chromatographic conditions,such as the mobile phase,flow rate and column temperature,were optimized.The detection limits of the method was 1.00 ng/kg,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 1.00%.The recoveries of the method were from 71.3% to 91.9%.Conclusion:This method is fast,convenient,sensitive and suitable for the determination of atrazine in soil.
