枞酸分子结构的光谱分析测定与解析研究 被引量:2

摘要 使用自制的枞酸样品,进行了HPLC纯度分析,枞酸纯度达到99.15%。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)的分析测定得到熔点176.36℃,热焓(△H)147.537 4 J/g,DSC谱图为单峰,使枞酸样品的纯度得到进一步验证。并对该枞酸样品进行了IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、MS分析测定和光谱解析,综合光谱解析得到枞酸分子结构式。 The sample of abietic acid was self-made with purity up to 99.15 % which was analyzed by HPLC. Its melting point is 176.36 ℃, enthalpy (△H) is 147. 537 4 J/g analyzed by DSC, and the spectrum of DSC showed a singlet which further verifies the sample purity. The molecular structure of abietic acid was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR , 13C NMR, DEPT and MS.
