基于CCD线阵的航空液压附件位移测量装置

摘要 从单片机应用的基本控制原理出发,针对液压位移极限的高精度测量要求,介绍一种用于该项目参数测量的系统设计,并在实践中对相关的测试理论和软、硬件设计进行探讨和验证。该系统采用线阵CCD作为多通道光电转换器件,通过比较器二值化送入单片机系统分析处理,最终实现以较低廉的成本做到对液压位移极限高精度测量的要求。 Aimed at the demands on precise measurement of hydraulic pressure displacment limit and based on the basal control theories relating to SCM(Single Chip Micyoco) application, this paper introduces a system design of parameter measurement, which is used in the project. Moreover, test theories and software and hardware desighns in point are discussed and validated in practice. The system adopts linear CCD as multicenter photoelectricity switchover parts of an apparatus. Signals which are two-valued by comparator are sended to SCM system for analysing and managing. The demands on precise measurement of hydraulic pressure displacment limit with less cost are achieved finally.
