基于PMAC的六轴试验机控制软件开发

摘要 本文采用工业计算机和DSP的系统结构,设计了一种基于可编程多轴运动控制器PMAC(Programmable Multi-Axis Controller)的六轴覆盖件抗凹性试验机控制系统,采用Borland Delphi7.0编制控制程序,将抗凹性试验机系统中控制、管理功能的实现分为若干个模块。整个控制软件能完成数据及运动状态显示、伺服驱动、终端执行机构路径规划及定位等任务,实现了机器执行终端的精确控制。实践证明该试验机控制系统运行平稳可靠。 This thesis, a 6-axis cnntrol system of panel dent-resistance was developed with IPC (Industrial Personal Computer)plus DSP (Digital signal processor). By using Borland Delphi7.0, the control software was edited for the testing machine system based on PMAC (Programmable Multi-Axis Controller). The managing and control function are realized by dividing them into several parts. The whole control software of testing machine is used for display of important data and status, servn driving, the path planning of the executing terminal and positing. The practices prove that the run of testing machine control system is steady and can achieve accurate control of terminal.
