摘要
本文在对非高等医学教育领域和高等医学教育领域有关人才培养模式的研究状况及其概念进行分析梳理的基础上,结合高等医学教育的现状对高等医学教育人才培养模式内涵进行了界定,并对其构成要素进行了阐释,力图廓清高等医学教育人才培养模式的有关认识,为高等医学教育人才培养的理论研究和在理论指导下的实践研究提供参考。
Based on the analysis of current research and their conception of talents cultivation model in higher education and higher medical education, the meaning and components of talents cultivation model in higher medical education were interpreted in accordance with the present situation of higher medical education hoping to amend the current cognition of talents cultivation model and provide some references for theoretical research and relevant practice under the guide of theory in higher medical education.
