C,N,S-掺杂二氧化钛粉体的制备及其可见光光催化性能 被引量:2

PREPARATION AND VISIBLE-LIGHT-INDUCED PHOTOCATALYTIC ACTIVITY OF C,N,S-TRIDOPED TITANIUM DIOXIDE POWDERS

摘要 采用水解法和固相反应法制备了可见光响应型C,N,S-复合掺杂的改性二氧化钛纳米粉体。以X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子光谱(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射谱研究了改性TiO2的性质。粉体的光催化性能通过在氙灯模拟日光光源下降解甲基橙溶液表征。结果表明微量元素通过掺杂反应进入TiO2晶格,使其可见光光催化性能大大提高。固定反应温度,当CS(NH2)2与TiO2的摩尔比为3∶1时,粉体表现最高可见光活性。 Visible-light-induced C,N,S-tridoped TiO2 powders were prepared by hydrolysis and solid phase reaction method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV-VIS diffuse reflectance spectra. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by the oxidation of methyl orange under the irradiation of Xenon solar simulator in air. The results show that the nonmetal elements are indeed incorporated into the lattice of TiO2, thus altering the crystal and electronic structures and hence it enhances the photocatalytic activity. While keeping the calcinations temperature fixed, the samples with CS(NH2)2/TiO2 molar ratio of 3 show the highest activity.
