摘要
文章主要研究轻型客车前独立悬架的设计计算方法以及独立悬架的设计试验验证,首先对麦弗逊独立悬架的主要部件如减震器的设计、螺旋弹簧的设计、横向稳定杆的设计校核及麦弗逊式独立悬架的刚度进行了分析,然后通过试验验证悬架的偏频、平顺性等,优化悬架的设计。
This paper mainly focuses on computing method of the front independent suspension design and testing of design experiment. Firstly, it analysed some main components of Macpherson independent suspension, including shock absorber's design, coil-spring design, antiroll bar's calculation, torque bar spring's design and analysis of the rigidity of Macpherson independent suspension. Through the test of suspension offset frequen cy,riding comfort and driving stability, the design suspension is optimized.
