企业文化建设和思想政治工作分属不同的概念,具有不同的内涵,同时既有共性又有差异,二者的相互促进融合对建设有中国特色的企业文化和实现企业持续、稳定、健康、和谐发展具有重要作用。
Corporate culture and the ideological and political work are categorized under different concepts, and have different connotations with both similarities and differences. The mutual promotion and integration of both the corporate culture and the ideological and political work is of great importance in building a corporate culture with Chinese characteristics, and in achieving sustained stable, healthy and harmonious development of enterprises.
