摘要
阐述了预焙阳极炭块在焙烧过程中的几个阶段发生的物理化学变化,结合车间5年多的实际运行状况,探讨了影响阳极在焙烧过程中的因素,从而提出了符合工艺要求的提高焙烧块质量的优化方案。
The physical and chemical change accured in the baking process stages of a pre-baking carcoal anode are introduced first and then the influence factor on charcoal anode in its backing process is investigated according to the real equipment runing status in a workshop for 5 years.Finally,an optimum method for improving the anode quality and in accordance with the technology requirement is put forward too.
