摘要
知识经济时代,知识转化与组织学习均是管理学研究的前沿领域,是企业技术创新能力形成的重要源泉。随着行为经济学的发展,互惠性的利他偏好逐渐成为主流经济社会的基础性心理假设之一,显著促进了互惠性企业文化建设。互惠性的企业文化有效地提高了知识转化与组织学习的效率,进而增强了企业的技术创新能力。经验性的研究揭示了互惠性企业环境下知识转化与组织学习的运作机理,从而为我国企业进一步加强技术创新能力的培育提供了现实性的理论借鉴。
The knowledge transferri in knowledge economy era which ng and organization learning are the forefront fields of management subject is the major resource of enterprise technique innovation ability. The reciprocal altruism preference gradually becomes the one of basis psychological assumptions of mainstream economics which promotes the development of reciprocal corporation culture. Reciprocal corporate culture enhances effectively the efficiency of knowledge transferring and organization learning, thereby enhancing the company's technique innovation ability. The empirical research reveals the micro conduction mechanism of knowledge transferring and organization learning in the reciprocal enterprise environment, which may provide realistic theory reference for our company to improve the cultivate efficiency of technique innovation ability.
