滚动轴承协同开发系统的关键技术研究

摘要 为解决轴承产品开发的信息集成和过程集成问题,对轴承协同开发系统系统的实现关键技术进行了研究。在产品集成模型的构建方面,采用面向对象思想来定义产品集成模型结构,实现了对产品开发数据的封装;在产品数据存储方面,提出了基于图档模板的图档数据库存储模式,借助图档模板和产品数据表,实现了由产品集成模型至工程图的产品数据存储。经实际生产应用,所提出的方法提升企业生产技术与管理水平,缩短了产品开发周期。 In order to solve the information and processing integration problems in the product development of roller bearing, the roller bearing CAD/CAM system development strategy and flow was put forward based on the product integration model, and the key technology was researched. The object oriented method was used to define the product integration model structure when setting up the product integration model, and the product data encapsulation was realized to ensure the application of each function module of software. To meet the requirement of the manufacturing enterprise, the saving pattern of the drawing files data was proposed based on drawing template. With the help of the template and the product data list, the saving processing was realized from the product integration model to the engineering drawing. Furthermore, the development method of the main module, the user management and flow control were researched. The results show that this method can promote the technology and administration level of the enterprise to shorten the product development.
