摘要
文章针对某直流变频商用空调室外机的管路系统(特别是排气管和回气管)振动较大的问题,对系统进行有限元仿真计算和实验测试,分析系统的模态频率和模态振型,得到有限元计算的模态频率与实验模态分析的结果接近,验证了有限元模型的可靠性并在此基础上进行了谐响应分析,得到管路系统应力薄弱环节。
Based on the vibrating problem of the outdoor machine of a DC inverter business air-conditioner, especially on the exhaust pipe and the back pipe, the modal values (modal frequencies and modes) were analysed with the finite element simulation and test modal analyse. The results show, that the modal frequencies from finite element calculation are quite closed to the data from test. The reliability of the finite element model and finite element calculation was verified. Harmonic Analysis was done on the reliable ANSYS model and the stress in pipe system was calculated.
