摘要
介绍了空气源热泵蓄能除霜新系统,建立除霜用相变蓄热器的数学模型,以Na2SO4·10H2O为相变材料(PCM),从蓄热器内换热流体的入口温度、流速、制冷剂入口干度三个方面,模拟分析了影响其蓄放热特性的主要因素,并利用结果对蓄热器参数进行了优化设计。
The paper analyzes the characteristic of defrosting system for air source heat pump, and develops a PCM-based heat exchanger mathematic model of the system. Taking Na2SO4.10H2O as phase change material, the influence of inlet temperature, dryness fraction of the refrigerant on heat charge and discharge are analysed, and then the PCM-based heat exchanger was optimzed using the results.
