摘要
在系统分析层次分析法评价指标标准化的基础上,分析了层次分析法的基本步骤.针对黄土高原地区小流域坝系总体布局合理性评价,重点应从安全性和经济性两方面考虑,提出3个层次、共计7个指标的评价体系.以此对居呼拉沟和郭沟川小流域的坝系布局进行了评价,其综合评价结果分别为59.74和68.61,与实际情况基本接近.这一方法为小流域坝系总体布局合理性评价工作提供评价依据.
Based on the analysis of data standardization in AHP (analytic hierarchy process), basic steps in AHP was stated. Aiming at the rational assessment of distribution of warp dam system on the Loess Plateau, 7 indexes at 3 levels were proposed considering dam safety and economic factors. Based on this method, distribution of warp dam in Juhula and Guogouchuan Watershed was evaluated, and their comprehensive value was 59.74 and 68.61, which was in accordance with actual condition. 3"his method provided useful reference for assessment of distribution of warp dam system.
