摘要
在金属镁的生产中,有电解法和热还原法。本文通过对目前最先进的电解法——卤水在HCl气氛中脱水电解炼镁工艺与热还原法中的皮江法进行比较分析表明:电解法与皮江法在一次能源和矿石资源消耗以及碳排量上基本相当,电解法稍优于皮江法;在投资效益上,皮江法优于电解法。
There are electrolytic method and hot reduction method for metal magnesium production. By the comparison and analysis on the currently most advanced electrolytic method (magnesium electrolytic smelting process with bittern dehydrated in HCl gas) and pidgeon method belonging hot reduc- tion method, the following conclusions are drawn: the electrolytic method and pidgeon method are roughly equivalent on the primary energy consumption, ore consumption and carbon discharge, and the former is slightly superior to the latter; but the pigeon method is superior to the electrolytic method on investment benefit.
