摘要
利用激光冲击波技术对TC4钛合金板料进行了材料硬化效应的实验研究,所采用的激光波长1.064μm,脉宽23ns,能量35J,有效光斑直径8mm,脉冲的重复频率0.5Hz。并用ABAQUS软件对激光冲压TC4板料成形进行了仿真分析,探讨了材料的硬化效应对板料后续成形的影响,获得了在激光单点单次、双点双次冲击条件下,板料成形深度、成形轮廓受材料硬化行为影响的规律。通过此类激光冲击实验可优化激光冲击的相关参数,精确控制板料变形。
Using a neodymium glass laser with pulse energy 35J, pulse width 23 ns, laser wavelength 1. 064μm, effective spot diameter 8mm, pulse repetitious rate 0.5Hz and using a ABAQUS software, an experimental study and numerical simulation on laser - shock forming of titanium sheet metal were carried out respectively. The effects of material rigidification domino offect on subsequent sheet metal forming were analyzed. Under the condition of single point single time and double point--double time laser shock, the infection orderliness of material rigidification on sheet forming vonfiguration and forming size was obtained.
