摘要
目的探讨放射性125I粒子植入术治疗直肠癌的应用价值。方法56例病理确诊为直肠癌的患者在CT引导下经皮穿刺肿瘤内种植放射性粒子,根据3个月后复查观察肿瘤体积的变化,判定治疗效果。随访2年。结果56例病人复查显示肿瘤完全缓解41%,部分缓解52%,无变化4%,进展3%,总有效率93%,1例因肠梗阻死亡。1年存活率87%,2年存活率61%。疗效与是否做过手术治疗或放射治疗无明显的相关性。结论CT引导下经皮穿刺肿瘤内种植放射性125I粒子治疗直肠癌有一定的价值,具有安全、微创、疗效肯定的优势。
Objective： To discuss the application value of the radioactive iodine-125 seeds brachytherapy in rectal cancer. Methods： The radioactive iodine-125 （125I） seeds were implanted in 56 rectal cancer patients through CT guidance puncture. To re-examine tumor change in volume by CT after 3 months and follow-up 2 years. Results： Complete remission （CR）was achieved in 21 cases （3.75%）, partial remission （PR） in 26 cases （46. 5%）, no change （NC） in 5 cases （8.9%）, and progression disease （PD） in 4 cases （7.1%）. Total effective rate was 83.9%, 1 case died because of intestinal obstruction. The survival rate at 1- 2- year were 87% and 61%. There was no significant difference between the therapy response and the history of surgery or radiotherapy. Conclusion： The radioactive iodine-125 seeds brachytherapy in rectal cancer patients through CT guidance puncture may be valuable.
