摘要 目的探讨放射性125I粒子植入术治疗直肠癌的应用价值。方法56例病理确诊为直肠癌的患者在CT引导下经皮穿刺肿瘤内种植放射性粒子,根据3个月后复查观察肿瘤体积的变化,判定治疗效果。随访2年。结果56例病人复查显示肿瘤完全缓解41%,部分缓解52%,无变化4%,进展3%,总有效率93%,1例因肠梗阻死亡。1年存活率87%,2年存活率61%。疗效与是否做过手术治疗或放射治疗无明显的相关性。结论CT引导下经皮穿刺肿瘤内种植放射性125I粒子治疗直肠癌有一定的价值,具有安全、微创、疗效肯定的优势。 Objective: To discuss the application value of the radioactive iodine-125 seeds brachytherapy in rectal cancer. Methods: The radioactive iodine-125 (125I) seeds were implanted in 56 rectal cancer patients through CT guidance puncture. To re-examine tumor change in volume by CT after 3 months and follow-up 2 years. Results: Complete remission (CR)was achieved in 21 cases (3.75%), partial remission (PR) in 26 cases (46. 5%), no change (NC) in 5 cases (8.9%), and progression disease (PD) in 4 cases (7.1%). Total effective rate was 83.9%, 1 case died because of intestinal obstruction. The survival rate at 1- 2- year were 87% and 61%. There was no significant difference between the therapy response and the history of surgery or radiotherapy. Conclusion: The radioactive iodine-125 seeds brachytherapy in rectal cancer patients through CT guidance puncture may be valuable.
