摘要
转喻是同一理想化认知模型内,用一个概念实体作为工具,为另一个代表认知目标的概念实体提供心理途径的认知过程。本文阐述了转喻的本质,并运用Fauconn ier提出的空间映射和概念整合理论探讨和研究转喻认知语用,认为转喻认知语用推理是在空间映射视角下的概念整合,是一种动态的、创造性的认知活动。
Metonymy is a cognitive process in which one conceptual entity as the vehicle provides mental access to another conceptual entity,the target,with the same idealized cognitive model.This paper explains the features of metonymy and studies its pragmatic cognition using the theory of Space Mapping and Conceptual Integration pointed out by Fauconnier.Pragmatic cognition to metonymy is a kind of conceptual integration from the angle of space mapping,an active and creative activity of cognition.
