Interferogram Processing System for Obstructed Aperture Interferometer

摘要 介绍了一种用于中心遮拦的大口径干涉仪的干涉条纹处理软件。该软件通过对干涉数据进行采集、处理而得出被检波面的波差分布和像差。由于对干涉图数据拟合过程中所使用的泽尼特(Zernike)多项式进行了修正。 A software for fringe processing of obstructed aperture interferometer is presented. The software can acquire the fringe data, fringe thinning and fit with expand Zernike polynomial, and give wavefront distribution and aberration. Because we have expanded the Zernike polynomial, the fitting result is improved.
