摘要
目的了解员工援助计划(EAP)对护理人员的自我和谐与职业倦怠的影响。方法通过评估-宣传-培训-团体辅导和个体心理咨询-评价-反馈等,为130名护理人员提供EAP,并采用自我和谐量表和护士工作问卷进行事前与事后评定。结果接受EAP服务后,护士的"自我与经验不和谐"、"自我的刻板性"、"情绪的疲倦感"与"对工作的冷漠感"均分降低,"个人的工作成就感"均分升高;同时,"自我与经验的不和谐"和"自我的刻板性"2个分量表与"情绪的疲倦感"和"对工作的冷漠感"2个维度呈显著性正相关(P<0.01),与"个人的工作成就感"呈显著性负相关(P<0.01)。结论为护士提供EAP服务,可以促进自我与经验(或表现、体验)之间的一致与和谐,降低护士的职业倦怠,提升护理质量和护士的工作成就感,有利于维护护士的心身健康。
Objective To understand the impact of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) on nurses' self consistency and congruence and job burnout. Methods Employee Assistance Program was applied for 130 nurses through evaluation, dissemination, training and team instructions as well as individual psychological counselling, evaluation and feedbacks. Pre- and post-measurements of self consistency and congruence scale (SCCS) and nurse working questionnaire were utilized. Results After the EAP, there were significant decreases in the mean scores of "self and experience inharmony", "self-stereo- typing", "emotional exhaustion" and "job apathy" and significant increase in the mean score of "personal accomplishment" . Meanwhile, two subscales of "self and experience inharmony" and "self-stereotyping" were positively correlated with two dimensions of "emotional exhaustion" and "job apathy" ( P 〈 0. 01 ) and negatively with "personal accomplishment" ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Providing nurses with EAP services may promote the harmony between self and experience ( or performance, feelings), reduce the nurses' job burnout, and improve nursing quality and nursing personal accomplishment, which are helpful to nurses' physical and mental health.
