黄花梨根与枝中可溶性糖及淀粉含量相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以‘黄花梨’(Pyrus pyrifolia(Burm.)Nakai.cv.‘Huanghua’)为试材,对其根与枝木质部、韧皮部中可溶性糖和淀粉含量及相关性进行了研究。结果表明,枝与根的木质部及韧皮部中可溶性糖和淀粉含量的变化趋势呈波动性变化,枝条中可溶性糖含量高于根部,休眠期枝与根中淀粉含量降低,可溶性糖含量升高,而且根和枝中可溶性糖与淀粉含量的相关性均达到极显著或显著水平。 The branches and roots of 'Huanghua'(Pyrus pyrifolia(Burm.) Nakai.cv.'huanghua') pear trees were used as materials.The contents and correlation of souble sugar and starch in branches and roots of 'huanghua' pear trees were studied.The results showed that the content of souble sugar in branches and roots fluctuated in testing period,the content of souble sugar of branches was higher than roots.In dormancy,the content of souble sugar increased and starch decreased in branches and roots.The correlation of souble sugar and starch was significant or very significant between branches and roots.
