摘要
为便于对螺杆压缩机性能的分析及转子型线的设计,根据给定转子齿廓曲线上的一系列离散点,来计算漏泄三角形面积,而不依赖于转子齿廓曲线的解析表达式。计算方法具有通用性,应用起来比较简单,特别适用于在计算机上进行数值计算。计算结果表明这种计算方法是可以满足精度要求的。
For the sake of the analysis of screw compressor capability and the design of rotor model line,the Leakage triangle area can be calculated by this algorithm it if a series of distributed point coordinates on the screw rotor lobes is provided,instead of depending on exact formula of lobe curves. The algorithm provided here is general,simple in practical use,and especially available for numerical calculation on computer. The result indicates that the algorithm is of satisfying precision need.
