摘要
目的建立倍他米松及其制剂的一阶导数差示脉冲极谱定量分析方法。方法一阶导数差示脉冲极谱法。结果倍他米松在甲醇-水(55∶45)溶液中,于–0.101V(vsAg/AgCl)处出现良好的一阶导数差示脉冲极谱峰,其峰幅值与倍他米松在0.1~1.2mmol/L范围内呈非常显著的线性关系(P<0.01)。结论本法简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确。
Objective To establish a quantitative assay of first-derivative differential pulse polarography for betamethasone and its preparation. Methods The first-derivative differential pulse polarography was adopted. Results Betamethasone showed a very good first-derivative differential pulse polarogram peak at -0.101 V (vs Ag/AgCl) in methanol-water (55:45) solution. The linear relationship between the concentration of betamethasone and the peak height was good over the range of 0.1 - 1.2 mmol/L (P〈0.01). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and sensitive and the results of determination are accurate.
