热带钢凸度是板形的一项重要指标。据此,结合梅钢1 422 mm轧线的实际生产情况,对热轧带钢凸度控制的影响因素进行了分析,并分别从原始辊型配置,轧辊热凸度的控制,机组窜、弯辊的配合应用,轧制计划的编排及现场操作的调整等方面提出了相关见解。
