摘要 通过计算机模拟带有锥孔大法兰轴套零件镦挤成形过程,研究该类零件镦挤成形中的金属流动规律及成形条件。得出了在满足成形要求及耗能最小的前提下,最佳的毛坯形状和工艺,为该类零件镦挤成形工艺的制定提供了科学依据。 By computer simulation of the upset-extruding process of axle housing with tapped hole and large flanges, the law of metal flow and forming condition for such parts in upset-extruding has been investigated. This study gets the best billet shape and technology under the presupposition of meeting the demands of forming and the least dissipation of energy. The results can provide scientific principle to the making of such parts' upset-extruding forming technology.
