摘要
根据所在学科国内外博士论文的对比情况,分析研究生创新能力的现状,其结果表明:我国博士论文的整体质量与国际先进水平有较大差距,研究生学术创新能力特别是在原创性方面明显不足。究其原因,从管理方面来看有传统文化和思维、管理体制、物质条件、研究生素质等方面的原因。从具体培养过程有教育模式、导师、课程设置和教学方式、考核体系等方面的原因。应从宏观管理层面和具体培养过程层面改革入手,提高研究生的创新能力。
In this paper, the author compared some doctoral thesis of our subject from at home and abroad and analyzed the present status of the postgraduates' innovative capability. The results show that there exists a wide gap between China's doctors and the advanced countries' doctors. The innovative capability, especially the originality of China's graduates, is obviously inadequate. The reasons lie mainly in management and training process. As far as management is concerned, it is expected to enhance management system, material conditions, quality of graduate students etc. In terms of training process, it is supposed to improve the level of the advisers, curricula, teaching methods, and evaluation system. The paper finally puts forward some strategies from macroscopic management and microscopic training system.
