摘要
介绍了氨浸渣采用加入合适的添加剂和氨水进行配料→氨压→过滤→洗涤以及滤渣的再次处理等过程回收金属钼并生产钼酸铵的工艺。实验结果表明,钼的浸出率达到85%,最终制备的钼酸铵结晶达到企业一级标准的要求。
A technology of producing ammonium molybdates and recycling Mo from ammoia leaching residues is introduced. In this procedure , the process of weight batching with affixion and additives, ammonia pressure, fihering, scrubbing and repetitive operation is applied. Resuhs show that extraction ratio reaches 85% in ammonia leaching residues, and the qulity of ammonium molybdates meet Grade I inner quality standard of our company.
