高频超声对乳腺黏液腺癌的诊断及病理学对照研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨乳腺黏液腺癌的声像图特征及其病理基础。方法回顾性分析我院2000~2008年经手术和病理证实的46例乳腺黏液腺癌(50个病灶)声像图表现及血供特点(包括大小、边界、大体形态、内部回声、后方回声、血流灌注等),并与病理学对照。结果乳腺黏液腺癌具有特征性声像图表现,包括边界清楚但无包膜、形态尚规则、内部回声低而后方回声增强、血供不丰富等,上述特征相应的病理基础为:包块生长缓慢,约半数呈膨胀性生长,境界清楚,甚至假包膜形成,肿瘤富含黏液,质地较软等。结论超声检查有助于对本病与乳腺良性肿瘤及其他类型乳腺癌的鉴别诊断。 Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features and its relative pathologic basis of the breast mucinous carcinoma. Methods Breast mucinous carcinoma were examined in 46 patients (50 lesions) by color Doppler ultrasound. The relationship between ultrasonographic findings (size, margin, shape, echogenicity and color Doppler blood flow patterns) of tumor and coresponding pathologic basis were studied. Results Ultrasonographic findings of breast mucinous carcinoma often showed lobulated,clear margins without capsule and hypoechoic lesions with posterior enhancement color Doppler flow within the tumor. Pathologic findings of breast mucinous carcinoma indicated that there were a large number of tumor cells and a few of interstitial cells. The tumor cells grew fast in a short time. Conclusions Ultrasound examination can be helpful in the differentiation of the breast mucinous carcinoma from breast bening tumors and the other malignant tumors.
